What is Shahadah?
It is the first of the 5 Pillars of Islam and is the declaration of faith summing up the core beliefs of Islam

"God bares witness that their is no God but him, as do the angels and those who have knowledge" Surah 3:18

Why is the Shahadah important to Muslims today?
1. It sums up the core beliefs about Islam (Tawhid and Risalah) 2. You have to repeat the Shahadah if you want to become a Muslim 3. You are rewarded for obeying it

What is Salah?
It means prayer and it connects Muslims to Allah as they pray 5 times a day in the Mosque or at home

1. They go to the mosque to pray 2. they can pray at home in a clean space 3. They treat Friday as the most important day of the week
