Those using them should be supported by a single, multidisciplinary community team, whom with they have a continuous relationship and are able to access them when needed.

Those who may be at risk of crisis should be offered a crisis plan. Those attending crisis support have a comprehensive assessment, undertaken by a crisis working professional.
