Two psychiatrists had to diagnose 100 patients using the ICD and the DSM.

At one point a patient could be diagnosed with schizophrenia but if the criteria changes they may no longer be classsed as schizophrenic even if they are experiencing the exact same symptoms as before.

It demonstrates how making a diagnosis of schizophrenia lacks scientific validity - the diagnostic system as not objective measuring tools.
