What are the three catagories of Resulting Trusts?
1. Those arising from a voluntary transfer, that appear to be a gift but was not intended to be one. 2. Where the claimant paid wholly or in part for the rights conferred. 3. Where an express trust failed "due to uncertainty, or perpetuity, or form"
