Shows a difference of opinions, can get a large amount of data from a large amount of people, can be relatively cheap quick and efficient, Reliable and can be repeated by different researchers, anonymous

What are the disadvantages of a questionnaire?
No one can explain to you what the question mean, the questions may be answered wrong , could be unsuitable for certain people, closed questions don't allow respondants to develop answers and not say why they chose that.

What is an advantage of interviews?
The interviewer can compare responses which can provide statistical data

What is a disadvantage of interviews?
The interviewer may influence the interviewee's response

What is a longitudinal study?
A study of the same group of people over a long period of time.

Why could longitudinal studies could be useful?
To see the change and difference between people and how their upbringings could have affrected them.

What could be a problem with a longitudinal study?
If someone decided they didn't want to be filmed it could ruin or complicate the study, it could also cost a lot.
