The sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession), where they tell a priest what they have done and the priest helps them to make amends for their actions through prayer and repentance.

That God sent Jesus to be sacrificed on the cross in order to reconcile God with humanity. Humans are forgiven through the death and resurrection of Jesus, and this is remembered at the Eucharist.
