What is forgiveness?
the action or process of forgiving or being forgiven.

If a friend or family member refuses to accept your faith in God and you are forced to choose between them, you should choose God and your faith.

Islam teaches that Allah is forgiving and merciful to all who turn from their sins and to him.

Some acts may not be forgivable such as murder as only God gave life so only he take it away.

Muslims should not forgive those who are working against Islam seeking to destroy it or a person’s faith in it.

Bringing people back together to a point of harmony after a dispute.

Why are Christians warned about forgiveness?
‘For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.’ (Matt 6:14-16)
