What is pacifism?
The belief that war and violence are unjustifiable and that all disputes should be settled by peaceful means.

1) There had to be a just causes for war. 2) Going to war must be the last resort. 3) Must be a high probability of success.

1) No excessive force can be used. 2) No innocent people harmed. 3) Any prisoners taken during the war must be given basic human rights.

Lesser Jihad is doing what Allah has told you to do and defending yourself and your religion, even if it means going to war. It is external influences. There are a strict set of rules if results in war.
