A humanitarian agency that help people suffering from war or other disasters

The same as the Red Cross. National Red Crecsent Socities are found predominatly in Muslim countries

United Nations (UN)
An organisiation set up at the end of Word War II to prevent war by discussing problems between countries

NATO
North Atlantic Treaty Organisation, an alliance formed to prevent war in Europe

Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD)
Weapons that kill large numbers of people and/or cause great damage.

Terrorism
The unlawful use of extreme violence, usually against innocent civillians, to acheive a political goal
