Why do people choose to start a business?
Ambition; invention; to earn a profit; you are your own boss; you get to do what you're interested in; the need for that type of business in the area.

What is a market?
a market is any place where buyers and sellers meet to trade products. they could also be your customers.

what is a supplier?
A company that provides goods and/or services to other companies as one of the contributors to the development process on the way to the ultimate customer. For example, Tesco's suppliers are Walkers, Cadbury's, Kellogg's etc.

What are internal customers?
These type of customers are the ones that work within the business, such as staff.

What are external customers?
These types of customers are the ones that are outside the business, such as mothers, disabled people, families etc.
