Does everybody go to heaven?
Redemption and the Kingdom of Heaven are to be experienced now, in this world. Liberal quakers hold up heaven and hell for speculation but most believe it is down to individual interpretation.

Why do they think this?
Unlike other Chrisitain denomonations, Quakers believe humans are good but sin exists and even the fallen are children of God, Who works to kindle the light within them.

Spiritual communion with God, experienced during silent meditation. They don't practise physical communion.

Quakers are non-judgemental about sex, which they see as a gift of God. Their attention is focused on the way in which it is used in human relationships.

An act which (for example) expresses true affection between two individuals and gives pleasure to them both, does not seem to us to be sinful by reason alone of the fact that it is homosexual.
