What is operant conditioning?
Learning through association between the correct action and rewards

Define positive reinforcement (OC)
something desired is given in response to the desired behaviour to encourage REPITITION

Define negative reinforcement (OC)
something undesired is taken away in response to a behaviour to encourage a CHANGE

What is punishment (OC)?
something unpleasant to STOP a behaviour

What is a primary reinforcer (OC)?
A reward given that is a basic need (e.g food)

What is a secondary reinforcer (OC)?
A reward given that isn't a basic need, but can satisfy one (e.g money,good grades)
