The hypothalamus activates the SNS which triggers activity in the adrenal medulla which releases adrenaline and noradaline into the bloodstream

A higher brain centre actives the hypothalamus which releases CRF which travels to pituitary gland which releases ACTH which goes to adrenal cortex which releases corticosteroids (or cortisol_

What do corticosteroids (such as cortisol) do?
Pumps glucose around the body, glucose is sugar so basically pumping energy
