Measuring crime problems
Not all crimes recorded. Different laws in different countries. Only recoreds number of crimes not number of criminals. Age of responsibility varies.

Genes effect brain development, criminal brains are dysfunctional. Pre-frontal cortex is under active(fear & antisocial). Increased activity in the limbic system (aggressive & sexual behaviour). The amygdala does not function-no emotions. Facial Feat

Can't be one criminal gene. Fraud & Murder cant share same gene. Ignores social learning theory. Not true there are certain facial features.

Is criminal behaviour learnt? 4000 adopted men from Denmark. Criminal record checked with parents and adoptive parents. if you have adoptive and biological parents as riminals 25% chabce you will be. Biology can have an impact aswell as upbringing

Relies on criminal records which can be wrong. Cross contamination. Gender biased.

Prison. Use social learning theory. Punish criminals so they cant imitate a bad behaviour.
