Can be used and applied in the real world (e.g. prision token economy). Can be used to treat phobia.

Mechanistic View
Humans are passive learners. Other approaches emphasise the importance of mental events during learning. So this theory applies less to human than to animal behaviour.

Environmental Determinism
All behaviour is determined by past experiences that have been conditioned.

Ethical Isues
Isn't normal behavior, it is effected by stressful conditions and has no free will. Therefore it isn't valid.
