Programming is giving a computer instruction on what to do.
An ALGORITHM is a set of instructions given to a computer to solve a problem or to perform a task.

When writing a program we must use the correct commands of the programming language known as its SYNTAX.
Programming requires logical thinking.

Logical thinking will mean instructions are written in the correct order.
If the instructions are not written in the correct order then the program will not work as required.

Learning programming concepts will mean that the programmer will be able to apply the knowledge to other programming languages.
Programming is not easy and requires a lot of practise.
