what is a bitmap picture?
A picture made up from small dots(like a tv)

What are thermo-plastics? give an example
Recyclable and bendy, easily reformed and moulded. Eg Acrylic

What are thermo setting plastics? Give an example
Non recyclable and rigid. Used for electrical fittings. Eg polyester resin.

What is a Dowell Joint?
When you drill a hole and stick a dowell on the other you which to join. the dowell will simply slip into the hole and you may then secure with glue.

a joint formed by two pieces of wood or metal united end to end without overlapping.

What is half lap joint?
which the ends or edges are overlapped and fastened together
