Racism
The belief that your race is superior to another (it is not just about skin colour)

Race Relations Act 1976
Made it illegal to discriminate against race - housing, education, and jobs etc. It also made it illegal to use threatening or abusive language in verbal form, internet or literature.

This act says that women should get paid the same pay as men when doing the same job.

Made it illegal to treat women as inferior in jobs.
