What is The Manhunt about?
The Manhunt is a first person account of a woman's attempt to console, heal and draw close to her partner, whose war time experiences have damaged him metally and physically. The title refers to her attempt to "find" her parnter again.

What is Sonnet 43 about?
In this poem Browning uses a more personal first person voice to express her love for her future husband and the ways it has changed her life. She adresses him directly as if speaking to him.

In London, the speaker (presumed to be Blake) walks through the streets of London and is horrified at the misery and corruption he sees.

The Soldier is a sonnet in which Brooke glorifies England during the First World War and discusses the idea of dying for his country. Brooke speaks in the first person, as an English soldier about to leave and got to war.

The poem describes the slums of Mumbai, where people migrate from all over India in the hope of a better life. The slum areas are living spaces created out of all kinds of found materials. Dharker celebrates these living spaces as a miracle.
