s= ut
1 of 5
What is the Equation for Accerlation?
a= (v-u)/t
2 of 5
What is the Equation for Kinetic Energy?
Ek= 1/2 x mv
3 of 5
What is the difference between speed & velocity?
Speed is a scalar, which means it only has magnitude whereas Velocity is a vector. This is because it has both magnitude & direction.

When an object is travelling at a constant speed in a circle, is it accelerating?Why?
Yes, because when an object accelerates it is changing in velocity. Velocity is a vector, which means it has magnitude & direction. When you are travelling in a circle, you're changing direction;hence changing in velocity=object acceleration
