one of the possible benefits of a healthy active lifestyle is an increase in self-esteem. 1) explain the term self-esteem and provide one example of how self-esteem can be increased through physical activity.
self esteem means how much confidence you have about yourself. when you exercise more you will start to become fitter, this can make you feel better about yourself increasing your self-esteem
