widely used personality assessment in occupational settings. provides information about personality by testing for 8 fundamental preferences.

extraverted, sensing, thinking, judging, introverted, intuitive, feeling, perceiving. (elephants including spiders never taste fried jerk poo)

Furnham, Trickey & Hyde (2012) - Personality disorders, dark traits:

5000 participants. some dark traits are correlated with work success, e.g. bold, mischievous imaginative traits associated with sales success.
