Macro-nutrients
Elements from your diet that provide energy including fats, carbs & proteins. they are called macronutrients because they are usually more that just a couple of grams in your food.

Elements of your diet that perform a range of metabolic functions within cells. They are termed Micro-Nutrients because they only take up a few grams in food
