Continuous Training
Where rests are not allowed, must be exercising at a constant rate, good for aerobic fitness

Fartlek
You change your pace whilst doing continuous exercise. mostly for games players

Interval
Exercise which consists of activity at high intensity for a period of time, then low intensity for a period of time. These are 'SETS' and you repeat them.

Weight
Exercise which works against resistance. It strengthens your muscles.

Plyometric (Circuit training)
A series of exercises and you have a set amount of time. Have 8-10 stations and you do all sorts of activities e.g. repetitive jumping, hopping etc
