Watching someone else perform the skill in question. Use of a demonstration raises self efficacy and creative imagery can be used when attemting to perform the task.

Involves convincing the athlete that they have the ability to complete the skill verbally

Emotional Control (Bandura)
The evaluation a performer makes on their physiological state. So if they lack self efficacy they may have percieved increased HR due to nerves.
