What does the term 'muscular system' mean?
Muscular system describes all the muscles in the body and how they work

What are the voluntary muscles?
The voluntary muscles are the muscles that bring about movement, they can be controlled and trained to become stronger without getting tired.

This is a type of involuntary muscle as it cannot be controlled consciously but work automatically, it is found in the heart.
