what are the effects of regular training on the bones, joints and muscles?
the increase in bone width and density, muscles tendons and ligaments get stronger, joints are more stable, increased flexibility at joints, muscles grow bigger and muscle endurance improves.

increased heart rate- stroke volume ( the pumps from the heart become stronger increasing the volume of blood getting pushed around from the heart), blood diverted to muscles from digestion and other systems, blood temperture rises.

strength of diaphram and intercostal muscles, increased number of aveoli, incraesed vital capacity (amount of air that can be forcibly exhaled after breathing in as soon as possible), increase in oxygen delivered to CO2 removed from the body.
