Risk control is about making sure that an activity is carried out as safely as possible.

What is a carbohydrate?
these are the main energy sources for the body and there are two catergories: 1) simple carbohydrates found in foods such as sugar, milk and fruit. 2) complex carbohydrates found in foods such as bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, and pulses/beans.

Diet made up of a lot of protien and a reduced intake of carbs and fats.
