Kids aged 2-5 should spend less than 1 hour per day using electronic media (DVD, computer,electronic games).

Kids aged 0-5 should not be sedentary or kept inactive for more than 1 hour at at a time, with the exception of sleeping.

UBM- waving/throwing objects like racquets and balls. LBM- moving over and around fixed objects such as boxes, hoops and tyres. Climbing- Low risk objects such as ladders, logs and low tree branches.

Balancing- logs,plants and lines. Building- Cubby houses using materials like blocks,chairs and tables. Creative movements- Moving to music
