Carbohydrates
1) Simple carbohydrates found in foods such as sugar, milk and fruit. 2)Complex carbohydrates found in foods such as bread, pasta, potatoes, rice and pulses/beans.

Proteins
1)Animal protien from fish, chicken and reat meat. 2) Vegetable protein from pulses (beans), grains and foods produced from animal products such as eggs milk and cheese.

Vitamin A
Vitamin A-this is a fat-solube vitamin found in milk and dairy products and it can be stored in the body. It helps to maintain healthy eyes, skin and bones.

Vitamin C
This is a water-soluble vitaminvitamin so it cannot be stored in the body. A lack of vitamin C can cause scurvy.

Vitamin D
This is another fat-souble vitamin so it can be stored in the body and it can also be produced naturally (from sunlight). A deficiency of vitamin D can cause rickets.

Minerals-iodine
This is needed for hormone formation, notably from the thyroid gland.
