Agility, balance, cardio vascular endurance, co-ordination, flexibility, muscular endurance, power, reaction time, speed, strength

define agility and give a sporting example
agility- the ability to change direction at speed whilst maintaining control. example- in netball when the performer has to change direction and drive at speed to get away from the defender to receive the ball.

define balance and give a sporting example
balance- the ability to maintain the centre of mass over the base of support. example- (static )- a handstand in gymnastics. (dynamic) - snowboarder whilst making their downhill descent

define cardio vascular endurance and give a sporting example
cardiovascular endurance- the ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen to the working muscles. example- long distance running such as a marathon

define co-ordination and give a sporting example
co-ordination- the ability to use different (two or more) parts of the body together smoothly and efficiently example- hitting a cricket ball with a bat in cricket (hand-eye coordination)
