The center of mass is where the weight of and object is focused.

The answer is false, centre of mass is where the MASS of an object is focused, there's a difference.

i think number 2 is where the mass is THOUGHT to be concentrated. good questions though

It was my understanding, that for Question 8, Convex lenses are converging lenses, well, biconvex lenses are. As with biconcave being diverging lenses.

Could be written better IMO, still technically the question is right.

some of the answers are wrong for example there are only two types of lenses and question 3 the centre of mass is where the MASS is THOUGHT to be concentrated.

Agree with the above. Centre of mass is where it's thought to be focussed and convex/converging lens are the same thing.
