What happens to houses?
There are not enough houses or if people do find a house, it is open poor quality (for example in Lagos, where many houses are poor quality).

The water and the air becomes polluted.

What happens to crime rates and health care?
Crime rates increase and there is not enough health care

What happens to schools and the roads?
There are not enough places for children/people in schools and the roads become congested (for example in Lagos, where the traffic congestion is particularly bad).
