Horizontal Flexion at the Shoulder
Elbows face out to the sides as as the arms are moved to the midline of the body horizontally.

Horizontal Extension at the Shoulder
Lateral movement away from the midline of the body horizontally, moving the upper arm away from the chest with elbows at the side. The difference between this movement & horizontal abduction is the position of the upper arm, if the elbow is turned

Hyperextension of the Spine
Extension of the spine is movement back to the Anatomical Position. Hyperextension is a continuation of this movement so the neck moves further away from the chest or the spine moves away from the pelvis.

Lateral Flexion of the Spine.
This movement away from the from the midline of the body so that the spine moves side to side. This can occur at the : Cervical Vertabrae - moving neck side to side as part of warm up. Thoracic & Lumbar Vertabrae - moving upper body sideways, towards

Circumduction
This is a conical movement, circumduction occurs at the shoulder

Rotation
This is a circular movement that occurs when the bone at the joint turns around on axis. E.G. At the elbow and the wrist when playing a topspin forehand drive in tennis or rotation at the hip during a golf drive.
