Question 5 and 6 are very wrong indeed.

what is the structural formula? is it the carbon skeleton of a molecule with any functional groups indicated. There are no hydrogen or carbon atoms present

you said the answer to it was true. IT wrong because the structural formula is like CH3CH2(OH)CH3 which does show the hydrogen and cabon atoms.

The one you are thinking about is skeletal which looks like lines and zig-zags!

The next question :

what is catalyst

You said the answer is :

speeds up the reaction by lowering the activation energy, its not consumed in the reaction itself

That is wrong because the actual definition and if you look on mark schemes is:

A catalyst provides an alternate reaction pathway which requires a lower activation energy and it is not used up on the reaction. This increases the number of succesful collisions which can therefore start the reaction!

Not a bad test, needs a bit more questions and the answers have to be corrected.
