Photosynthesis
Produces food in plants as glucose. It's absorbs light energy from the sun and converts it into chemical energy which is stored as glucose
1 of 7
Word Equation
Carbon dioxide + water --> glucose + oxygen
2 of 7
Chemical Equation
6CO2 + 6H2O --> C6H12O6 + 6O2
3 of 7
Not enough light
Slows down the rate of photosynthesis, the rate will steadily increase until it reaches a certain point at which the temperature or the carbon dioxide is now the limiting factor
4 of 7
Too little carbon dioxide
Slows down the rate of photosynthesis, the rate will steadily increase to a certain point until temperature is the limiting factor
5 of 7
Temperature
Increases the rate until 45 degrees where the enzyme become denatured
6 of 7
Limiting factor
Something that stops photosynthesis from happening any faster
