Isotonic
In the same concentrations as body fluids. Proprietary isotonic drinks are popular with some performs as they are said to affect metabolism quicker. Similar drinks that have similar effects are easily made from simple ingredients

Balance diet
Is one that is likely to include a large number or variety of foods, so adequate intakes of all the nutrients are achieved
