Only seen in females, after 6 months of normal development, Decelerated head growth, Loss of puposeful hand movements, Psychomotor retardation

After 2 years of normal development, Rapid deceleration in language and social skills, Bowel or bladder movements and Sensorimotor coordination

Does not take into account sensory issues, Lack of psychological or genetic evidence for subgroups, Clinicians were inconsistent in diagnosing Aspergers or Autism
