You have a phobia of Something when it causes high levels of anxiety

Emotional: it persistently is unreasonable and excessive. Behavioural: Avoiding the stimulus, Cognitive: Irrational thoughts about the phobia

What is depression?
Mood disorder, feels sad and lacks motivation.

Characteristics of depression?
Emotional: sadness. Behavioural: loss of interest. Cognitive: Lack of motivation

What is OCD?
Anxiety disorder, which leads you to have obsessions, persistent thoughts, and compulsions, repetitive behaviours

Emotional: Anxiety and distress. Behavioural: repetitive compulsive behaviours. Cognitive: recurrent, intrusive thoughts or impulses
