Galen created the theory of opposites. Question 10 is also wrong, as Vesalius did diesect humans. The church did not mind it so much as long as people supported he four humours theory. Vesalius also disected his father and his sister...when they were dead. :)
Question 10 is wrong - Vesalius did dissect humans. That is how he proved galen was wrong because galen only dissected animals. Also, question 5 is missing the theory of opposites from Hippocrates's theory of the 4 humours. Other than that it is a good quiz!
Galen didn't create "the" he created the theory of opposites.
When you say "good system of public health" it is unclear whether you mean "good" for those times or "good" compared with todays standard, so the answer could be yes or no.
also there was no such thing as a medicine man in the middle ages.
