What caused diseases?
Some believed God caused diseases to punish those who sin. They also believed it was caused by miasma (Bad smells). Some also got disease from everyday like like childbirth or just infections. Also some believed it was cause by the unbalance 4 humors

The Ridolfi Plot
Robert di ridolfi wanted to restore catholicism in England. Elizabeth was excommunicated in 1570 and Spanish will help this time. Duke of Norfolk was found guilty and executed and De spear was expelled from England.

The Throukmorton Plot
Mary was going to be queen and French will invade being paid by Spain but Walsingham discovered it. De Mendoza was expelled from England and Throckmorton was tortued then executed in July 1584

The Babington Plot 1586
Mary was lonely and lost everything but refused to give up catholic faith, Walsingham found out the plot by using Mary's letter as evidence. Both Mary and Babington were executed and became Martyr's.

This was significant as it was the first time Elizabeth and the government saw poverty as a problem. Those whop were to old or couldn't work was put in almshouses. But beggars had to return to their place of birth or put in the house of correction.

The house of correction was place where beggars would be punished for refusing to work.

The Spanish Armarda was caused because of Tension between Elizabeth and Philip. Elizabeth executed Mary and rejected Philips engagement request.

Why was it a victory for England?
The victory fell on England because of tactics- Drake used fire ships and England had a better ships with smaller cannons that fired long distances. Weather- It was also stormy and Drake knew the seas really well.

She disagreed with her parliament as they were desperate for her to marry as they wanted her to form a foreign alliance or produced an heir. They also didn't believe a female wouldn't have the ability to rule.
