When a newspaper is linked to or positively portrays information regarding a particular political party. For example; labour, conservative, or liberal democrats.

This is when different types of media, telecommunications and computing come together. For example; modern mobile phones can make calls and send texts.

A method that produces quantitative data. It involves counting the number of times a word or idea appears in the media. For example; we could count the amount of times violence is presented in the media.

Is a simple image shown in TV or advertising of a certain type of person based on prejudice, for example; sexism.

The classification of people into groups that share the same culture, history and identity. For example; language, religion, and customs.
