Name a disadvantage to biological enzymes:
denature at high temperature and if the pH is not adquite also they are exspenive to produce and need a constant supply of oxgen, food and they waste products need to be removed therefore they are hard to maintain.

Name an advantage of biological enzymes:
they do not use much energy, therefore it is cheaper to use enzymes in manufacturing.
