-45 students show 7 clips of car accidents (5-30secs) - Split into 5 groups of 9. -Asked to write an account of accidents & answer questions.

-Critical question was "How fast were the cars going when they ***** each other" - Verbs were "smashed, collided, bumped, hit, contacted" - Researchers analysed responses.
