individual citizens can hold information about themselves, business organisations can hold information about their employees such as date of birth

the speed of data transfer can differ for different internet countries. copper cable, for example has a lower bandwidth, therefore the connection is slower

web pages maybe static, which means that they remain constant unless edited by an author
