What are the 2 groups of lipids?
Triglycerides and phospholipids

One glycerol and 3 fatty acids.

Contains single bonds between the carbon atoms in the hydrocarbon chain.

Contains double bonds between the carbon atoms in the hydrocarbon chain.

1.Crush sample. 2. Add to ethanol. 3. Shake 4. Add water 5.If a lipid is present, a milky white precipitate is obtained
