It is correct - take it up with my psychology teacher if you don't like it. Just because you got it wrong, doesn't mean it is so.

I agree that question 6 is in fact right and does not need changing:

negative reinforcement is when the correct behaviour results in the removal of a negative outcome.

e.g. a kid not getting detention because they did the desired behaviour by handing in their homework.
