What is as registrable disposition?
A disposition that must be completed by registration.

What are dispositions must be completed by registration?
Transfer of registered freehold estate, The grant of legal lease (more than 7yrs to run), other leases and rights arising under leases, express grant of reservation of legal easements profits and legal rent charges, 1st legal mortgage.

What does Section 28 LRA 2002 set out?
The basic rule that - The priority of an interest affecting a registered estate or charge is NOT EFFECTED by a disposition. The effect is that the priority of interests in registered land depends on their date of creation.

What does section 29 LRA 2002 set out?
The effect of a registered disposition made for 'valuable consideration' takes priority over any rights affecting the estate PRIOR to the disposition that aren't protected by registration or overriding. so if it is neither it will not be binding
