Words, phrases & non-verbal utterances used to give feedback to speaker to show the listener is paying attention.
Back-Channel Features

Words and phrases used to guide a listener. "First", "Now", "On the other hand" etc.
Discourse Markers

The omission or slurring of sounds/syllables e.g. "Gonna", "Wanna" etc.
Elision

Ellipsis
