Balanced diet
A diet that contains adequate amounts of all the necessary nutrients required for healthy growth and activity.

Malnourished
The condition where the body does not get a balanced diet.

The rate at which chemical reactions occur in the cells of the body.

Very overweight, with a BMI of over 30.
